Hello, Is there a duty of 'And You Shall Sanctify Him' today for Kohanim in other honors, such as giving them priority in line or using them for tasks like pouring, etc.? Thank you very much.

Hello,

There is certainly an obligation even nowadays to honor the Kohen, such as giving him the first portion and prioritizing him in other matters.

However, there is no obligation to prioritize him in line if someone was already there before him.
