Sending Food to Someone Who Does Not Observe Torah and Mitzvot
Question
We have a neighbor who is ill and does not observe Torah and mitzvos. Is it permitted to send her food? And does it make a difference if the food is meaty?

It is permissible to send her kosher food of any kind.
