Urgent Question!! Critical Issue with Internet Filtering

Question

There is a very serious loophole in one of the main filtering companies in the chareidi community, which basically leaves the internet completely unprotected. Unfortunately, some people are using it, including yeshiva students. The filter company’s management is being negligent in fixing it.Is it permissible to publicize how to exploit this loophole so that the company will be forced to close it immediately? Or is it forbidden, since in the meantime it could lead people into it? On the other hand, plenty of people—even yeshiva students—are already getting caught up in it. What is the halacha?

Answer

Shalom uVracha,

You should send them a message that if they don’t deal with this immediately, you will publicize the issue.

When you publicize it, do not write how to exploit the loophole, but rather that there is a serious problem with the filter of Company X, and that people must be careful and use an effective filter.
