Staying in a house without a mezuza
Question
I took all the mezuzos off the doors of my house. The new set of mezuzos will arrive tomorrow., Am I allowed to live in this house in the meantime?
Answer
You have to have mezuzot on your doors and entrances at all times. Therefore, it’s forbidden to remove a mezuza, unless you affix another mezuza in its place right away.
