Direction of placing the mezuzah
Question
On which side should the mezuzah be placed on a balcony that extends from the living room of the house: on the right side of the doorway when facing from the living room toward the balcony, or the opposite – on the right when facing from the balcony toward the living room?
Also, regarding a concealed interior door (without a doorframe – picture attached) that goes out from the living room to a small room – the mezuzah was installed on the inside, on the right side for one standing inside the room facing the living room. What is the ruling?

The mezuzah should be affixed on the right of one entering from the balcony into the living room.
The mezuzah in the small room was installed in accordance with the halacha. If indeed the inner room does not have an area of four square amot, the mezuzah should be affixed on the right of one entering from the room into the living room.
