Renting an apartment to Chinese nationals in Eretz Yisrael

Is it permitted to rent a house to foreign workers from China?I know that if they are not idol worshippers it is allowed — the question is, are Chinese considered idol worshippers?

The vast majority of Chinese are not idol worshippers, but rather communist atheists.
Therefore, there is no need for concern, and it is permitted to rent them an apartment.
