Stone setting
Question
A family member died on the 9th of Tammuz this year. Her husband wants to put stone up by end of may. Her parents are away until early June. Husband has been saying kaddish daily and wants to do the right thing.
What is the halachic view on this dilemma.

From your question I understand that this year on the 9 of Tammuz (Wednesday the 24th of June) which is the day of the Yahrtzeit everyone will be able to be present, therefore that would be the best time.
