Yartzeit Date Question

My mother died on the 1st of Heshvan which was Rosh Hodesh in Nov 2nd 2024 , and this year I see the 1st day of Heschvan on Oct 22nd when do I light her yarhzrit candle

The observance of Yartzit always follows the Hebrew calendar. As such, you should always have a Yartzeit candle burning for the 24 hours of 1 Heshvan.
