Using a toilet in a synagogue

Question

If I am walking down the street and I need to defecate, is it permissible for me to use the toilet in a synagogue where I usually do not pray, or is it forbidden to do so?

Answer

Dear …!
It is allowed, since most people aren’t careful about it.
