Validating a Rav Kav card

Question

I am on a bus to Bnei Brak. My Rav Kav card is in my suitcase. Is it ok that when I get off in Bnei Brak I take it out of the suitcase and validate it on the next bus that will come to the bus stop?

Answer

Shalom Uvracha

Riding a bus without paying is forbidden.

Therefore, you must make an effort to pay during the ride, for example by asking someone to validate their card for you.

If this is not possible, you may validate your card after the ride on another bus of the same company.
