Maaser on tzedokah

Are u supposed to give maaser on tzedokah you are given?

Thank you for your question.
One is obligated to give Ma’aser even from Tzedakah money received, unless he does not have sufficient income to cover his basic needs; in that case, he is exempt from giving Ma’aser.
