Refund for Purchase

Is it okay to ask back money from an online website for somthing that you recieved and isnt working so good, they usually give you back the money straight away, its a AI answering machine, so it wouldnt really realise if it makes sense what i am saying

It is permitted to pursue a refund and/or credit, as per store policy, for a product that is defective.
