Use of Restrooms - Public and Private Places
Question
Shalom,
Is it permitted to enter a private place, such as a wedding hall or a health-clinic, in order to use the bathroom; and likewise, to enter public places such as a shul, community center, and so on?
Answer
Shalom,
It is forbidden to enter private places.
Public places are permitted, since we can assume they allow it, unless it is explicitly written that they forbid entry.
