Returning Money
Question
Hi i went shopping before pesach in a grocery store and spent a few hundred dollars and a few days later i realized on my credit card bill that they refunded me most of it I think it was a mistake, we tried calling a few times they said they were going to look into it and get back to us, but they never did. Are we mechuyav to keep on going after them?
