Heter iska

Question

How do I get a heter iska if I’m not Jewish?

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question.

A Heter Iska is only needed between two Jews who want to lend and borrow money among themselves and be able to do so with interest.

There is no need for you to have a Heter Iska. A non-Jew is permitted to lend and borrow money for interest with both Jews and non-Jews.
