Open Door and Seclusion with a Non-Jewish Cleaner

I am studying alone at home. My wife has gone out of town, and we have a non-Jewish cleaner. Does leaving the door open to the stairwell help? Thank you.

Yes. An open door considers the house as an open place where there is no seclusion.
