Difficulty in Fulfilling the Mitzvah Properly

Shalom,
I would like to ask, my wife experiences difficulty and pain during the fulfillment of the mitzvah when she is lying on her back, and often askes that she lies on her stomach and to do intercourse from behind, which helps alleviate her pain.
My question is whether there is an issue with this in Halacha?
