Cleaning Hair on Shabbat

I wanted to ask regarding the fulfillment of the mitzvah of Onah on Friday night.Sometimes there are remnants of semen in the man’s hair. Is it permitted to clean it, even if it requires rubbing firmly in order to remove it, in order to be able to recite Kriat Shema and Hamapil afterward?Thank you.

It is permitted to wipe.
It should be done in a way that it will not inevitably result in hairs being pulled out ('psik reisha').
