Early Hefsek Tahara

Hi my wife got her period and she did a hefsek tahara on day 4 by mistake and then did a bedika the next day on the 5th and then again on the 7th day what should we do?

The hefsek done on day 4 is considered as a Kosher Hefsek however the "7 days" start the next day.
