Immersion with Makeup

Is it permissible for a woman to immerse with makeup, and if so, under what circumstances?

Shalom,
Le'chtchillah there is no leniency to immerse with makeup, as the poskim have written that one should not immerse even with something that is not considered as a chatzitzah.
However, in a case where there is concern that the immersion will be postponed — for example, if a woman would refrain from immersing on Shabbat unless she is allowed to wear makeup — it may be permitted 'Be'Dochak' only after consulting a halachic authority to rule on this case.
