A stain during the seven clean days

Question

Does a stain smaller than a gris during the seven clean days cause a problem? And in general, is the halacha of “smaller than a gris” measured by the blood itself being a gris, or by the total stain being the size of a gris? Meaning, if the actual blood is less than a gris but together with the other discharges it appears larger than a gris, how is it judged?

Answer

Shalom uVracha,

a. Less than a gris does not cause a problem, even during the seven clean days.

b. It must be the blood itself that measures the size of a gris.
