Distinguishing between meat and dairy

Question

Do you need a sign to distinguish between a meat meal and a dairy meal, i.e. do you need a separated tablecloth for meat?

Answer

Dear …!
There is no need to have a sign to distinguish between a meat meal and a dairy meal, for example, someone who eats either dairy or meat sandwich does not need a sign that will show what he is eating. However, it is forbidden to eat meat and dairy on the same tablecloth because there might be crumbs left on eat from the previous meal.
