Red food colouring kosher?

Hi, i’m looking to make a red velvet cake and was wondering about the Wilton no taste red food colouring product. It says it’s kosher certified on this website: https://www.thecakedecoratingcompany.co.uk/edible-cake-decorations-c20/colourings-c47/wilton-icing-colouring-28g-p11952 but also says it’s been manufactured by shellfish. As i have a friend who is strictly kosher, should i avoid using this or is it okay?
