Question

Hi, I have a few questions with regard to mineral and vitamins capsules:

  1. Bee pollen capsules – do they need kosher certification?
  2. Magnesium.
  3. And in general, what is the kashrus status of minerals and vitamins?

Medicines that are tasteless and taken by swallowing do not require kosher certification.
