Question
My current work situation has me living with a gentile , I have my own pots and pans because of this today I noticed my pan was covered with his lid it was not hot is my pan now treif?

Unless you know that the pot and lid were used in the presence of heat/steam then it would need Kashering, otherwise, you do not need to suspect.
