Koshering and Immersing Oven Trays
Question
I purchased an oven made outside of Israel. Do the baking trays require both hagalah and immersion in a mikveh, or only immersion?

Since the trays are coated with enamel, they should be immersed in the mikveh without a bracha, and there is no need for hagalah.
