Immersion of Utensils - Glue Residue on the Outside
Question
Is it permissible to immerse a stainless steel bottle that has glue residue from stickers on its outside which I am not able to remove?
Answer
Shalom UvRacha,
If the glue is noticeable and bothers you in terms of appearance, feel, or the like, it should be removed (if you use an appropriate substance).
However, if it’s just a small residue that doesn’t disturb you to use it as such, it may be immersed as is.
