Combining Doughs

Question

What if I bake challah less than the amount for hafrish challah. And I have more challah in the freezer that was also not taken chalah from for the same reason. But together it adds up to a sheer chalah. Do I need to take chalah from all together?

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question.

If someone prepares dough and part of it is for baking today and part to bake another time for example he puts in the freezer to bake it next week, and there isn’t a shiur challah in either part, then one should be mafrish without a bracha (as long as there is the minimum amount that one is mafrish without a bracha)

If you have further question, please don't hesitate to ask.
