Should I Stay in Israel for Shidduchim or Return to My Job in the USA?

I am a 30-year-old woman who came to Israel for shidduchim (finding a marriage partner). I have been dating many men here for the past 4.5 months but have not found the right one yet. During this time I also tried to find a job in Israel but was not successful. I still have a job in the USA, but I will have to quit it if I decide to stay in Israel. From a halachic and hashkafic perspective, what should I do: stay in Israel to continue shidduchim, or return to the USA and keep my job?
