Pure Good and Evil?
Question
Is there such as pure good or evil
Answer
Shalom!
Thank you for your question.
While it is difficult to engage in a philosophical discussion in this forum, suffice to say that, yes, Judaism does see actions as pure good or pure evil. For example, the fulfillment of a mitzva in a meticulous manner with altruistic motives is pure good. On the other hand, murdering people is pure evil.
