Terrorists: Hell?

Dear Rabbi, Are terrorists welcomed in Olam haba? I am a Christian with deep feelings for our G_D and wish to know what separates people from Heaven and Hell. Toh_dah

Thank you for your question.
While there is a concept of a permanent "Hell" in Judaism for very evil people, it is difficult to comment on every possible sin.
It appears reasonable to conclude that those whose every effort in life is to kill Jews will be Eternally punished.
