Convert Becoming a Rabbi

Question

Shalom Aleyhem. I will keep it short My whole family is Muslim, but I changed my religion and became Jewish. It caught my attention and I loved it. I want to be a rabbi. I live in Turkey, but there is no institution that provides yeshiva education in my country. If I get a document online, will it be accepted?

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for writing.

It is unclear if you actually converted to Judaism or you just started practicing Judaism on your own.

There is no possibility of conversion to Judaism anywhere in Turkey. You must travel to Israel, Europe, or USA to convert.

If you indeed converted with an orthodox rabbi somewhere, your rabbi should be able to guide you to further yeshiva studies and possibly becoming a rabbi.
