What am I ?

Question

I have questioned my identity, my whole life. My grandparents were holocaust survivors. My father was born and raised in Israel until at the age of 18 he came to America eventually having me with my mother who is 100% Puerto Rican in the Jewish religion because my mother is not Jewish therefore I am not but I’m not 100% Puerto Rican. How do I describe this in my roots and what am I?

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question.

It appears that you are a non-Jew with both Jewish and Puerto Rican heritage.
