Emotion control

Question

Hello everyone I have been working in my own business for 5 years, I am 27 and my sector is ruthless, I have been in a foreign country by myself where nobody watches for me soI have developed great control of my feelings and the lack of needing to be taken care of. A few months ago I merged with other group and they are great, they help me and the other way around, the other Day they order kosher food so I could eat with them, the gesture almost made me break into tears. My question is, how can I keep my toughness surronded by this People Who are so good with me and also how can I not become entitled to these traits
