Emotion control
Question
Hello everyone I have been working in my own business for 5 years, I am 27 and my sector is ruthless, I have been in a foreign country by myself where nobody watches for me soI have developed great control of my feelings and the lack of needing to be taken care of. A few months ago I merged with other group and they are great, they help me and the other way around, the other Day they order kosher food so I could eat with them, the gesture almost made me break into tears. My question is, how can I keep my toughness surronded by this People Who are so good with me and also how can I not become entitled to these traits

However, to answer your question: It is ok to be self-protective and to take care of your needs but do try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, that they might be good people who would be happy to help you when needed.
