Is It Permitted to Build LEGO on Yom Tov for OCD Relief?

I struggle with OCD and depression, and my therapist recommended building adult LEGO sets (that stay assembled) as a calming activity. Is it permissible according to halacha to build these LEGO sets on Yom Tov for mental health reasons, especially during Passover?
