Touching one's wife on Tisha B'Av

Question

Should one refrain from touching his wife on Tisha B'Av?

Answer

On the night of Tisha B’Av, couples should avoid physical contact.

During the day, halachically, it’s permitted.

[But in communities where women wear makeup on Tisha B’Av, physical contact should be avoided even during the day.]
