Sanctification of the Moon after Tisha B'Av

Question

This year, when Tisha B'Av falls on a Thursday, do we sanctify the moon after Tisha B'Av as we do every year, or do we wait until Saturday night?

We usually perform it immediately after the fast, based on the principle of 'Zerizim Makdimim LeMitzvot' (the diligent perform commandments at the first opportunity).
