Meaty Soup on the Tenth of Av

Question

According to the Ashkenazi custom that prohibits eating meat until midday of the 10th of Av— is it permitted, on the night after Tisha B’Av fast, to eat chicken broth that was cooked with chicken, but without eating the meat itself—just the broth?

Answer

It is forbidden to eat a meat dish.

Broth that was cooked with meat (chicken) is considered a meat dish.
