Using the Services of a Jew who Violates Yom Tov

Question

Shalom uVracha,

I wanted to know if it’s permissible for me to use the services of a Jewish lawyer who lives abroad, where it’s the second day of Yom Tov, and he does not observe Yom Tov.

Answer

Shalom uVracha,

You may not cause him to desecrate Yom Tov.
