Buying chamtez before pesach that will not be in your רשות over pesach

There are people selling before pesach frozen pies of pizza that can only be picked up right after pesach. You need to pay for them in advance before pesach. Is it mutar to buy them ? If yes who has can sell the chametz to a guy over pesach. It's not in the buyers רשות and The people with the pizza don't own them now ? And you don't know which ones are yours.
