Hello Are you allowed to do a party on Rosh Chodesh during the Omer? Rosh Chodesh is April 27 Do are we allowed to do a party that day during the Omer or do we have to wait after lag Bakker ?

I am not sure what kind of party you are referring to, but yes, music is forbidden even on Rosh Chodesh during the Omer. However, you are permitted to have a festive gathering that does not include music or dancing.
