Atarah to Tallit

May I affix my Atarah to my Tallit using Heat n Bond, instead of sewing it on?

One may attach the Atara to the tallit using Heat n bond and since it is stuck to the Tallit there would not be an issue with carrying on Shabbos, since it considered as one garment.
