In Need of the Bathroom - Prayer and Torah

Question

Shalom Rav,A person who needs to relieve himself — is he permitted to think words of Torah or to speak to Hashem?

Answer

Shalom uVracha,

A person who needs to relieve himself and cannot wait the time of walking a parsa (about an hour and a quarter) is forbidden to learn Torah.

It is permitted to say things to Hashem, but it is forbidden to pray.
