What do we have to read when we worship as Jew? And what is the process or rules for it ?

Jewish prayer is very unique as it has set times and set words and that are often recited in accordance with unique instructions.
I would recommend purchasing an English Artscroll Siddur that has great introductions and explanations for Jewish prayer.
