The intention required by Halacha is as follows:
The name written in the Siddur with the letters 'Havayah', which we pronounce as 'Adnut', has two intentions. The intention of the writing is 'was, is, and will be'. The intention of the pronunciation is 'Master of all'. [According to the instructions of the Gaon, Rabbi Eliyahu, shlita, it is sufficient to intend the pronunciation, except during the reading of Shema, where one should also intend the writing].
And the name 'Elohim' means 'strong and possessing all powers'.
This is the simple intention, and it should be intended according to Halacha.
However, there are also intentions according to Kabbalah, and perhaps you meant 'intentions and letters', but this is not required by Halacha. However, those who have merited and studied this wisdom understand also hidden and deep intentions.

One should intend in blessings the meaning of the words. When mentioning the name, one should intend its meaning as 'Master of all', and in its writing as 'was, is, and will be', and when mentioning Elohim, one should intend: that He is strong, possessing all abilities and all powers.
