Amen after personal prayer?

Hello I am a recent convert to noahide & I am still in the process of casting off the chains of Christian tradition when doing personal prayers to hashem do I say amen at the end of prayer or not there are to many conflicting answers online.

With only minor exception, we generally do not answer "amen" to our own prayers.

You are permitted to answer “amen” to prayers recited by Jews or to prayers recited by non-Jews who pray only to the G-d of Abraham who created the world.
