Making time for siddur during weekdays.

Question

Shalom. When rising up even when longer than seventy two minutes before sunrise, even like if three hours before sunrise, what passages of Sefard siddur would you recommend to recite? I have understood that I think that it was to leave out that with.... restoring souls to the bodies passage would be left out, if I remember correctly. Then, when having lunch time for forty five minutes, what passage would you recommend? Kol tov Chaim Jeshurun

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question.

One who has woken up for the day may recite the Birchot Hashachar even before dawn.

The rest of the Shacharit prayers should only be said after dawn.

Can you please explain your second question about lunch time?
