Question
If I finished psukei d’zimrah (include yishtabach) and the kehila is just beginning the Kaddish after Rabi Yishmael omer… can I completely answer to the Kaddish (including Yitbarach and brich hu)?

Thank you for your question.
During Pesukei D'zimra, including the point after Yishtabach but before Barchu, one may answer all the responses to Kaddish and as you rightfully did, when one completes the Pesukei Dezimra one should also recite Yishtabach, and then wait for the chazzan.
