Morning Blessings After a Sleepless Night
Question
If I went to sleep less than half an hour before dawn, may I recite all the morning blessings? And how serious is it to go to sleep after dawn without having prayed?
Answer
Shalom uVracha,
If you slept in the manner of a regular sleep, such as with pajamas and the like, you may recite all the morning blessings when you wake up.
It is forbidden to go to sleep half an hour before dawn. However, if he arranges for someone to wake him, or sets an alarm clock and knows from experience that he will get up because of it, then it is permitted.

See Mishnah Berurah, Siman 235, se’if katan 17, 'and the same applies to the morning Krie'at Shema'.
