Question about the Laws of Modesty

Hello, I have a question about the laws of modesty. Everyone, including children, should be modestly dressed. Is that correct? Should children also be dressed according to the same principles? Is this only for us, Jews, or also for the Bnei Noach? I ask because I have often seen families where children up to about 10 years old are practically always at home without clothes (literally).... That's not normal, right?

The laws of tzniut (modesty) should be instilled from an early age. According to some opinions, girls should begin dressing modestly from the age of three. Other authorities indicate that the obligation to observe modesty begins at the age of six or when the body begins to develop. It is certainly advisable to be stringent in these matters.

Tzniut also applies to men. A man should not dress provocatively. His clothing should be dignified and appropriate depending on the place and situation.

According to all opinions, from the age of ten, the laws of modesty are unequivocally obligatory, and allowing a child to walk around without clothes is incorrect.

Tzniut also applies to non-Jews. This is because even non-Jews are required to observe certain moral standards, and modest clothing is part of these requirements.
